1. Change your e-mail preferences (members only)

The MyCommunications section of MyHumana lets you pick and choose e-mail preferences. For example, you can say yes to the e-mail newsletter, but no to electronic EOBs. Just log in to:
   •   change the e-mail address we're sending to
   •   pick the communications you want to receive
   •   choose between e-mail or mail delivery for some items

To change your preferences, log in to MyHumana now. If you haven't signed up for MyHumana, take a few minutes to register now.

2. Opt out of all e-mails

To unsubscribe from all Humana e-mails, confirm your information below and click on "Submit."
